G7th Banjo Capo

November 5th, 2009

G7th Banjo Capo is a great buy.

If you know anything about G7th you know that they are really making waves in the capo market. Their quality and innovation is speaking for its self.

Customer reviews:
“This capo is easy on/easy off and requires no tuning adjustments. This is a lifetime capo–it’s steel, heavy, sleekly designed, and provides a strong and even pressure on the strings without any dampening of sound–the strings are as plunky as can be. It takes about 5 seconds to put on, adjust, or remove. A bit easier to use than a Shubb; worth the extra expense in my opinion.”

“Finally a banjo capo that my arthritic hands and “mechanically challenged” brain can work. It goes on like it should, stays where it should, and comes off when it should.
Worth every penny.”

Kyser Quick Change Capo

November 4th, 2009

The Kyser Quick Change Capo is a great choice for all players. It is easy to use great for playing live and looks great.

User reviews;
“I use capos a LOT, and this thing is an absolute dream…simply pinch and move…it’s that simple. My concern at first was that it would not properly hold down the strings, but that fear was eliminated as soon as I took it out of the package and popped it on…2 seconds flat. I have 2, which I have now been using for 4 years.”

“My husband bought one of these capos for me, and I liked it so much that I bought one to give to a friend. The design makes it quick to put on and take off. My guitar stays in tune and I don’t have any buzzing strings. The springs are pretty strong and the capo clamps on tightly, but there has been no damage to my guitar at all. I bought this for about $15. According to the warranty, Kyser will replace the capo for $3 if there are problems during the first year and for $10 after the first year. If it breaks after the first year, I’ll probably just buy another.”

You can’t go wrong with Kyser and for the price they are hard to beat.

G7th Performance Classical Capo

November 4th, 2009

Here is what one user had to say about the G7th Performance Classical Capo. Not to be confused with the standard G7th performance capo.

“I would not have ever imagined paying $45.00 for a capo for my Flamenco guitar. I’ve owned Shubb, Dunlop and Planet Waves (designed by Steinberger) and this wonderful capo outdoes them all and is worth the price.

I use it on my Guild GAD-C2NA classical guitar which I play Flamenco on. The style is aggressive and requires a good hold on the strings. This little capo is solid up and down the neck. No buzzing and a very snug fit is attained easily. The capo can be moved and removed with the push and pull of a lever. It’s simplicity is it’s strength. It also comes with a lifetime warranty.

When handling the capo you will feel how heavy and solid it is. If you are looking for something light and cheap — this is not your capo. If you are willing to make the investment for your playing, you won’t be disappointed. This is a GREAT capo!!”
